The 200 extra for CIP is on par with NYC places where two rounds is usually a requirement. The rule of thumb used to be 100 for BB and 200 for CIP but many places are requiring 200 for BB now because guys are CIPing when not tipping for it.

That said, like most ladies, if you "connect", are respectful and clean, can willingly get the CIP for the 100.

Two cups of coffee is the standard at the better NYC spot but you pay 50%+ more than philly. Not sure which is better but my best experiences have always been in NYC over Philly but I don't have much experience in Philly at the moment.
