I've had a few who were into public play and car sex is good for that, but car sex isn't really my thing. I've definitely finger banged a few while a driving. Had one who was a straight up exhibitionist and ended up pulling her shirt up, bra down, pants around her ankles, and anyone who looked into my car on I-85 that day would've had a real nice view as I finger blasted her while she played with her tits. The other 3 I've done this with kept their tops on. She does say she is into something "mutually benefitting", so her expectations may not be unrealistic. Might be worth testing the waters.
