It was quite comical so I played along a little bit, and eventually they FaceTimed a third lady who spoke better English in a continued effort to get me to pay a tip. At that point, I was mostly turned off by the rudeness of demanding that I pay a tip, so I just left.

Again, I've got no problem paying for services rendered and rewarding extra effort. But just a little worn out by the MP culture of demanding tips.

There is a place on Golansky that advertises a lot, the papa san at the register. It has always been a crappy place imo. If you are into dudes, however, apparently there is also a short bald Asian man there that will be happy to help you.
