I was curious so I did a little digging, very few reviews on Rubmaps, Says they have table shower which is a good sign, however the Website makes it appear as a legitimate spa and their phone doesn't link to any ads where the the other spas fish for business. So I'd say less than 50/50 anything is going to happen there. But I'd love to be proven wrong.

Sounds like these church people who probably scope out areas of suspected vice and try to "recruit " people to change their ways and join their church group. I recall something similar happening in Fairfax where Pine, Angel, and another AMP are clustered in a business park. Someone had reported that these goody two shoes church people were approaching others in the parking lot. I don't think it's LE; they wouldn't just casually approach suspected mongers and hand them a card. And given the the reputation of the Fairfax County prosecutor, I don't think LE is going to investigate this AMP for giving out HJ LOL.

I don't know how Tara feels about reviews, so I'll be cautious and try to provide useful info not just to answer your question but for anyone who hasn't seen her:

Something that might work. On the first few attempts, get a haircut, flirt with her during massage, compliment the crap out of her, talk about whisky and ask about doing something more the next time.

Her menu is also connected to how she feels about you rather than just the roses on offer, but 3 and a half is a little high. I don't think she insists on an amount upfront, but 2 and a half to 3, all in should be enough.
