I just assume every photo is fake. Relying on trusted brothers' reviews is much better than caring about photos. If a reputable review says she resembles the pics, that's all I care. Lots of times girls are much better looking than their fake IG influencer photos anyways, like NG for example. Other times, they use real photos, but it's photoshopped to make them look worse, like Ina. (if her photos are even real, most Ina fans probably forgot how her listing photos even look, that's how little it matters)
