Generally when you rent a home that has a monthly rent, you need an I'd and decent credit. Electric, water & sewer deposits, back ground checks, etc. Add in the fact that trying to have a string of guys come through a residential neighborhood raises attention.

I suspect most of these girls live day to day (some probably don't give a fuck if they get to the next day) but technically shouldn't be difficult but requires discipline.
