In LA for a week for work and new to the whole K ORG scene. The issue I seem to be coming across is multiple agencies want 3 Korean providers references. Well, how am I supposed to get 3 korean references if they all require it?

Also, candygirl la says if new, they require: license (unedited all info shown), selfie with I'd, paystub, and 2 physical mail with name and address. I'm sorry, but is that normal? It seems rather suspicious and dangerous to be giving out that information. I don't mind the license if I can blur out the address and parts of the number.
