I've never really worried about BFs or husbands, and if an SB you're seeing has a pimped you've already fucked up somewhere in your screening process. If you mean hosting at your place, I'd just offer the same as if they were hosting since that means I don't have the extra expense of the hotel. My advice with a new girl is to NEVER book a hotel room before you have the girl standing in front of you. Best bet is to setup a meet and greet and meet them for coffee or a drink somewhere. Once they show up, get to know each other, then ask if she's comfortable going somewhere private. If yes, THEN you're usually good to book the room and take them there. For the really efficient you can try and schedule the drink at a hotel bar, then just book a room from your phone before going to check in, though the hotels I tend to use (cheaper) don't usually have bars in them.

Alternatively if it's clear over text she's DTF and you don't want to waste time on a meet and greet then give them the address of the hotel you want to meet them at, then show up about 10-15 minutes early. Let them know you're there and to text you when they arrive. Stay in the car, and park somewhere where you have clear visibility to the main entrance, and just wait in the car until you see them pull up. As soon as I see their face pulling in, I'm opening the app and booking the room. When she texts "I'm here" just tell her you're almost done checking in and will give her the room number in a moment. The main reason to go through all that trouble is you don't want to book the room and then she no-shows.

Once you've seen a girl a few times and trust she's reliable, you may be more comfortable booking the room before she gets there, but I've been burned by the occasional no show before even with girls I thought were "reliable". Fortunately I have a stripper SB and another infrequent SB that I've been lucky enough to get them to come use the room under the guise of "work sent me up here if you want to meet for some fun" if someone bails on me. But I have a pretty deep roster in my stable, and if you're new I wouldn't chance it.

Of course, none of this is necessary if she's willing and able to host.
