They're definitely scammers out there. But don't lay waste to the literal thousands of reports here of legit providers that used to post on rubmd and now many of whom are posting on other sites. SD literally has more ads than any other CA city. There are plenty of independent providers that offer legit services. And this forum helps those that want help to weed through all the providers and find enjoyable experiences.
