We only get fraction of hot kgirls over to the states. There are always few outliers and they have their personal reasons. It could be that they don't feel comfortable working in their homeland for obvious reasons.

Officetel hourly rate for A-tier and below are much less than here in the US. Some places do pay much higher but the sheer number of competitors over there is pretty crazy. And there are million other reasons which I won't get into LOL.
