This is a nice idea, but I have serious doubts it will work. Mongers are addicts and they act on impulse. There is no logic involved. We all know the feeling. I think you're selling most of the monger community short here. In addition, hive mind mentality with a clear goal helps to control and mitigate erratic behavior.
