Finally, IMO, I think the floor of base donation rate have plateaued at $300-320 given market fundamentals. And while we can lay the blame of up charges and a al carte menuing directly at the feet of kgirls and their greed, it falls to us mongers to respond accordingly. I would say both parties are both responsible. I had this same discussion with a girl recently.
