The person that is posting this ad is using someone else's phone number. I contacted the ad and this is the response I received below.

My guess is the original person with the number associated with the ad had the number original and was a working girl. I made an appointment with Sarah, aka Zanda twice, once in 2020 and then again last month. Back in 2020, the communication was greatb2 years later, the communication was the absolute worse!
