Ha! I was on a steady diet of 'Cindy' at MHF, 3 or 4 times per week. She certainly delivers but it was starting to be too much. PPSN assumed she's who I wanted to see when just showed up and that sorta fed on itself. Even if I asked for a 'new girl' he'd call Cindy as the 'new girl. ' I've told him many times now during my pre-visit phone call, "Who besides Cindy? No want Cindy today. " It takes a couple repeats of this message before he gets it. That's a good point and I have fallen victim to over-tipping when I was happy. But the other side of the coin is that you get the basic burrito at Taco Bell for $1. 70, but its $3. 70 for the supreme burrito with extras.

I guess mongering is a bit like shopping in flea markets. You need to haggle, bluff, or pay the price for that antique Coca-Cola bottle.
