Contacted an ACS and I was given a choice when I sent a message which was either the notel in Henrico or a private residence in C'field. I never went to an ACS in a private residence and it was closer so I told them I'll try the one in C'field and was quoted 140 hhr 180/ hr 280/ VIP.
