Not sure about Destiny's criteria for who she decides to respond to or not, but I'm not sure what you mean about "what she's now asking". As far as my experiences go, she hasn't raised her rates at all.

New and established ones can both be good, just ok or bad IMO. Part of it depends on your mood and her mood at the time too. Don't get discouraged by getting ghosted. I'd imagine it's happened to many of us, me included.
