I've said it before that if they are $320 off the bat all inclusive, they are either on the older stock or on the bigger side. It's usually a combo of both so they know they can't demand a premium and hence charge accordingly. I haven't heard of a recent report of someone hitting the jackpot lately. If they did, it's on the DL. Time will tell if the agencies will actually adjust. They got really greedy in the past years. Thanks for taking the hit. I've been on that side more times than I would like to admit. I usually go and make these bad decisions when I have full balls and look at the pictures. Your bad review further cements my hesitation to TOFT. It's sad to say this is more the norm than the exception.
