It seems you're from out of town based on your post history. My guess is that when you contacted them, they saw an unfamiliar area code and ignored you. Maybe when you're in town, you can try getting a prepaid phone with a local area code. You should let the bookers who already know you know about your new number. After they acknowledge you, you can try to verify with Pepsi's booker again with your new number. I don't know if this will work, but this is what I'd try if I were in your situation.
