Yo, the most convenient places to go to with respect to your location are Diamond Massage and New Life Body Care in the Hillcrest area, just north of you.

Look up where the Tajima Ramen house is off 6th Avenue. Diamond Massage is next door to it. I was informed that there are two new girls there now, so if you can TOFTT, that would be appreciated.

Best bet is to grab a short Uber ride up Sixth Ave to Diamond Massage just north of Balboa Park. I haven't heard of anything too spectacular in the Core-Columbia area.

I think they might be listed on Google maps, but if not Google "Garden Kitchen" which is literally next door. BTW, don't look for any sign that says "7 Spa" just the stereotypical AMP neon open sign.
