I can honestly vouch for BKS. I have never been scammed or treated unfairly. They definitely have not lost their ethics. Certainly could have caught her on an off day or something and as always YMMV. However, I got confirmation from her 20 minutes before the appointment as I was getting into my car.

As far as the waiting game being worth it, I can confirm she is good looking because I saw her by chance in a gas station near the airport one evening.
