I used them for OC and looks like they have someone in SD. I think its same as kdolls not sure why they don't show same providers.

The SD forum should have some intel. I don't have their specific sites anymore, but they can be reached via the SD section of HX. There's essentially one or two agencies only, and maybe one thai one in SD from what I recall. Hope that helps some.
