I agree with that statement as well.

People keep forgetting as an individual we really don't matter to them as a client with the amount of profit they generate as a business. The only reason we need to verify is so that they have some leverage on us and to ensure we don't do anything unreasonable.

Pretty standard response time with standard booking service. Aside from the two k-agency references, the only annoying thing was I had to give a selfie but they said I could do a partial one so I just covered my mouth and they were cool with it.

They do seem like they're trying harder to provide a service than most which makes sense since they're fairly new compared to the other big bookers. Also they actually speak English and not the whole typical copy and paste with one word response.
