For fuck's sake, use a little common sense.

1. if you walk into a spa, and the girl comes out of one of the rooms, and says she can't see you for an hour, it means there's a guy behind that door wanting his massage. He doesn't want to hear you talking aloud to yourself trying to decide whether to come back at 11. He doesn't want to hear you ask her three times if she is sure she'll be done by 11.
