Even with contractors, you never ever pay them in full before the job done. They always consider the job done when they get the last payment. So this concept needs to be brought into the little room too. We can't let these girls run the show. The customer is king.

Had mildly lacking experiences from MPs that charge $60/ hr lately.

They charged me $45 per hour. Must of not liked your looks or old man attitudes.
