Yep, I started mongering around 1990 or so. House fee for all of the places around me (I lived in Downey at the time) was $40. The difference was a $20 tip would get you a HJ. Standard fare then was 20 for a HJ, 40 for a BJ, 60 for FS.

Be aware that the parking lot now has a security guard. Apparently there isn't enough parking, so management has assigned and allotted parking spaces to each of the businesses in the complex. There are few unassigned parking spaces. Even though the security guard walks around with a clipboard, I think he is there to keep order and prevent arguments. When I was there, he seemed more interested in the guys who pulled into the parking lot to change their flat tire.
