In my experience if there ad isn't in the first 3-4 pages of the ad postings on STG don't bother texting them. They most likely aren't working. That in my opinion is the way to go. Also, don't bother trying to schedule appts in advance. Well stated. I have experienced similar in my quests. If there is a legion of carrot-strokers out there who call providers for five-finger discount convos, pics and texts, it is highly unlikely that the forum posters here are in that group.
