I can't say for Sarang but for Asuka, depending on who you book you will get different pricing. She's all over the place with pricing as if you book with say Candygirls, Bookergray it will be the full fee of $380 with extra (40 $ MSOG? If booked at the Palace, it's all inclusive for $300. She ain't going to change anything about the service if you go with the higher priced ones but you will be paying more for the same thing. I suppose the strategy is that Palace has the reputation or clients for more price conscious customers and the others have ones willing to pay more.
