I'll help the uninitiated or an out of town veteran all the same. It's easy enough to provide simple advice and point them to where they can contact the bookers. Different girls and different orgs do it differently.

One girl I've seen dozens of times still asks for it upfront and counts it. And then there are some who don't even look at the money even tho it's my first time with the org.

It really doesn't bother me one way or the other. The only time it can get funky is if you have up charge central during the session (common at a storefront) , but at least in the bay we don't have that with Kgirl orgs.
