Went yesterday morning had a 930 appointment with Anna. Arrived early. Got to see some of the girls in the daylight. They were cleaning windows / walls / vacuuming before the start of business. There was a short 40 ish ponytailed gal that was pretty cute. Didn't get her name.

Had my appointment with Anna. Great massage as usual. On the flip gave me hand sanitizer and allowed free roaming OTC and under the bra. Cuddled without asking (cloths on) and continued the HJ.

Left 60. Always a good secession.

The majority of AMPs don't change the sheets between customers, so you could literally be laying on 10 different guys' jizz stains. That's just gross. Wet carpets. I'll tell you at my place whenever we have the carpets steam cleaned (3-4 x per year) they stay slightly wet for almost a week just because it's cool and dark in the rooms with little exterior ventilation. One of the perils of the way spas are laid out.

I would love to hear about some of the better options you speak of. I'm a bit of a Bamboo addict, but it's just one of four places in my regular rotation. Always have an eye open for another option. Please help us brothers out to find a place without a wet carpet.

I tried pretty much everyone there and it's a decent massage and HJ. Closest I got was with Tina I asked for a BJ and she said next time but that's it.

I currently have one male MT. Yeah, I totally get what you're saying. We have clients both male and female who specifically request a male MT. The reality though is male MTs are difficult to book, so if you hire one they have to be amazing or they'll just be sitting around in the break room running up payroll. My front desk is trained to offer up the male first, and most people will say they want a female. The other issue with male MTs is insurance. Unfortunately a lot of incidents involving male MTs have happened, predominantly at Massage Envy over the years (other places are guilty too, but ME has by far the worst reputation there for a lot of different reasons that I won't elaborate on). Because of that, spa owners have to pay higher liability insurance premiums for having male MTs on staff. I have to pay something like an extra $1000/ year for every male MT on my staff, so I tend to limit to one or maybe two on staff at a time. It sucks, but it's the reality of today's environment.

As for deep tissue, I have female MTs who are like 4'10" 90 lbs who will give such deep pressure that you'll feel like they're about to break you in half. It's not about strength, it's about technique.

My MTs tend to stick around with me longer than they do at most other places because I treat them well and don't work them to death. My place is a long ways from Lake Forest though, not even in OC.

I had a legit spot I was going to before Covid in Lake Forest. They would even take health insurance. Got 60 massages a year allowed. Would work it so I did not have a co pay and all I needed to do was tip girl. Would get pretty good legit massages.

My fav girl told me they worked her like a slave. I knew someone who did a lot of work for the owners. They worked her pretty hard but not as bas as she claimed.

They never did re open. Still looking for replacement.

Typically they put in about 25-30 hours a week. It's very physical work, especially if they're doing deep tissue massages. My MTs work 6 hour shifts, which is 5 massages plus an hour lunch. Any more than that is asking for a work comp claim, because it's not a matter of whether or not they get injured at that point, it's a matter of WHEN they get injured. Some of them go home and see private clients outside of work. That's of course not something I can control, but burnout in the massage industry is a very real thing. This isn't fluff and buff plus a quick handjob like the AMP business. This is real physical work.
