If this is your first gig, you might want to spring for a $150 "full panel" test.

That establishes a solid baseline for you and if it comes back "all systems green", it's a great credential to have if a girl asks. (Very rare, in my experience.) TBD Health calls it the "Check Me Out Panel" (cute).

Picking one test is sort of a "self-diagnosis roulette" that could miss something important.

Keep in mind that HSV-1 is regular "cold sores" (oral herpes), and about 50% of adults test positive for it. So don't trip if you test positive for HSV-1. Easily explained away and generally harmless.

What many people seem to miss is that any STD test is good only as long as the last time you had unprotected sex.

Which for many of us "in the hobby" is at most a few days. Or hours. LOL. (Looking at you Jedi69!)
