It really depends. I don't know about places that are discussed frequently in this forum, but sadly a lot of girls in this industry are trafficked and are working to pay off their debt to their smugglers, which often is somewhere around $50 k. When you're in a place where the girl leaves the room to get a condom after you've negotiated and agreed on service and wants her tip up front, there's a good chance she has to get the condom from the MMS. Now the MMS knows she's going to do FS and expects to receive a certain amount from her tip money. I was told at a couple Latina shops that the house takes the full door fee, and the girls said they had to give $10 of their tip to the shop.

In general HJ spots share a percentage of the house with the therapist, but that percentage varies depending on the spa. With most FS spas the "therapist" works for tips only and the spa owner keeps all of the house fee.
