I had a long text thread with her. She seems to have taken great exception to my original post. Others have observed she's a nice person and I do believe that. She pulled down the posts anyway. Last part of the post reads:

I was only writing what happened to me to possibly protect others. Believe me I wish everything went smooth, however it was far from it! I lost quite a bit of cash & had to deal w / an irrational person to say the least especially when all the gun talk started. First of all, if you guys have been trying to reach PinkSugar by text, you probably got no response. If you called and left a message, you likely didn't get a call back. She changed her password and forgot. I was just lucky to get a hold of her bc we already arranged the time and I called. She picked up after the 2nd ring.
