I am voting to hear about your Rainbow encounter, it's the one place I haven't been on the Tustin list. While it's true that the walls are thin, each room has a door instead of curtains, so it's enough privacy for me. Also, they have a door separating the lobby from the rooms in back, and the mamasan / girls' room is next to the lobby in front, so they can monitor who's coming in. Pretty secure IMHO.

And yes, the parking lot is small (and sometimes a space or two is available in back. However, you can simply park a block or two away on a side street off Red Hill and walk over. Easy peasy.

And regarding the perception that Tustin is legit, I had heard that a few years back. Until I started sampling options. Not tons of FS options, but plenty of release options with varying degrees of cute girls and MILFs. Haven't seen GILFs (nor have I wished for that option).
