Yes facts are facts but statements that make no sense still make no sense. Why beat up an employee to the point she can's work any more? These agencies work together to some degree so beating anyone up to have them to go to another agency makes no sense either. And even if they're not so good why beat them up. Just send them on their merry way and replace them. I know a lot of bookers and org owners and they laughed at this idea.
