There is no "crew" profile in most cases. Although if you read a lot of the ads or see many of the girls, you come to find that many have the same manager -- hence crew. The two that specialize in younger women / coeds are baby crew and the SCP crew. Baby crew girls usually have either baby or flower in their name. The SCP crew girls usually have a descriptor like European / Spanish or Spanish / Asian in their profile. That manager doesn't like to use Latina, Black, etc in the descriptions.

Flower crew quality has really broken down of late, compared to the days it was run by Mynx, before she retired. She was a star and so were all her girls.

SCP crew though does have a good turnover of new co-eds and while some may be green they are all generally a good time, with some standout superstars on occasion. Read the HX forum to further your research.
