I don't think you're going to find much in terms of k-orgs up there. Your best bet is to travel down the 405 to hit up west la. Tons of intel in the thread for that. I think I've heard of some Thai talents up in Thousand Oaks. Unfortunately I don't have any additional details beyond that. They may be on HX but I'm not close to that area so I never really looked closely.
