There are 4 main k-agencies and there are changes every week, so giving recommendations now may be moot by the time you arrive. Everyone has their own preferences, so just pick one that you like (remember, you have to pass the reference check for each agency).

I use Turo when renting a car in Vegas so much cheaper right now. But remember I'm sure each owner has a gps tracker inside the car or tracks it but its just for his or her safety of the car.
