You can't possibly compare SD to the OC. The OC crew already has to compete with all the damn Asian orgs in their territory, they certainly don't want to compete with the TJ lovers down there. The girls all live in OC, and hopping on their car to the trick pad is only a few minutes drive for the scheduled appointment. That is why you can't see them on the spur of the moment thing. The booker allows for the girls to drive to the apartment. SD is a logistical nightmare for them. Most likely. It may be that she's popular enough that the booker can choose to only respond to lvl1+ and still fill her schedule to her liking.
