Thanks for a great review. Was there any indication that more is available and what the up-charges look like? Even with the best massage and teasing in the world, I can't see myself being happy forking over $260 for a rub and HJ. Even a REALLY great rub and a REALLY great HJ.

I didn't see any indication, but as we all know things may change in the future and YMMV. There was no upcharges for me it was flat 260.
