If I remember correctly, it was 300 (1 hr), 450 (1. 5 hrs), and 600 (2 hrs). A few months ago, someone said that that price ladder is the GFE+ rate. Supposedly, there's a separate one that's $40 cheaper per tier? But I was only ever quoted the former whenever I book with them.
