Maybe I'm in minority, but how and when I give money for the session is completely irrelevant to me.

Two of my ATFs:

One always wanted the donation asap.

The other never even touched or looked at the money I put on the bedstand, with me in the room.

Thanks for the info on Casey. I was thinking of going this week but I knew the pics were too good to be true. I saw high end escorts before seeing Kgirls. So out of habit, I always lay out the money first. I do this now with Kgirls and 70-80% of the time when they see the donation first, their shoulders drop and are more relaxed. Does it make the service better?
