My dude, similar to you, I only really care about pure hotness, DDG type girls. You cannot look at this like a regular business, and think girls will behave according to fundamental business rules. The times I have seen service get better is when the girl is more "comfortable" with me and "likes" me (obviously after multiple visits). I could tell that Jamie was not interested in making a connection, so didn't expect a GFE on the initial visit or subsequent visits.
