I used to frequent there years ago when it was Peach, and always had great service. Went there again a while back and was disappointed to see that it was closed.

I doubt they are writing anything really vital, but I'm concerned that if the handler only speaks Spanish then it's going to be a cluster for me. Any non-Spanish speakers have intel on this? TIA.

I have seen a few, and their English is usually not the best, which makes communication kind of a challenge. Some of them seem like they use some kind of translation app on their phone to know what their customers are saying. Kind of distracting, but sometimes it doesn't matter. If you use Chrome and want to know what the ads say, right-click anywhere on the page, and from the drop-down menu, choose "Translate to English". It might not be exact, but you'll get the idea.
