Not sure where you see that but I did find another link that says if prostitution was involved legal age is 18 otherwise considered a minor. Agree best avoid.

Additionally, the federal age of consent is 18, and applies if EITHER party is a non-resident in the state in which the encounter occurred. Even if it's perfectly legal in the state in which both parties are from, the moment anyone is out of their home state, the AOC is 18.

If you read your own link, if there is any sort of reduced mental capacity, or substances involved, it's still a sketchy situation.

All she needs to say is you gave her a drink, or the dope in her pocket came from you, or she's "special ed", and even if you're as pure and innocent as freshly fallen snow, you're in a really sticky (aka expensive) legal situation to clear your name.

Make your own decision, but be fully informed and thoughtful before you move.

There is a teenager walking up by Colt Park most afternoons who I was told is 16-17 ish by a fellow SW. I did speak to her briefly and she said she was 22, but I do think she is younger.

Medium build, wears hair up with hooded over top. She appears Eastern Europe. Pass on this one. L.

No sign of her today on the W around 6. Drove around for a few hours. The search continues.

Saw her Fri 1/22 around 330 pm walking past Colt Park side heading towards Ctown. Several cars pulled over but looked like she was waiting for a date through phone connection. After bypassing several guys she gets in a red van.

Based on what I saw she appears to be only seeing clients who are repeats and have her number. Don't think she is walking the streets. If you see her try to get her phone number by approaching her because I don't think she will approach you if yr not a repeat customer. Good luck!!

Who is this dragon lady you guy's keep mentioning.

Girl with a dragon tatto on her face that was made infamous by a couple good pornhub vids someone had up of her. Used to look real real good (at least to me), I haven't seen her now but she was going downhill. Still the only SW I look for, or have looked for in the past. Great head.

Went back to chase the dragon today late morning. Did not find her but ran into this young HSW. Puerto Rican girl wore really red lipstick, some acne, but good looking and sexy-esque. Got an unenthusiastic BJ with no cim but at least we got better acquainted. Will deff see her again. She doesn't look like a walker, more of a spur of the momenter. When I dropped her off I couldn't get her # bc her man was outside by her house. She left in a hurry. Good overall, still thinking about her. The name escapes me. If anyone has info on her would love to hear it.

I find it hard to look for SWs with the virus going on. I can't imagine she is any safer than any other SW an who has she been in contact with? My 2 cents is avoid all SWs till its safe.
