It's no bubble suit but it reduces transmission rate in most statistically sound tests.

Population density is very low there. Looks like its the 10th whitest state in the US, but the 5th most sparse. There's just less chance for it to spread.
What is so nice about science, like abstract concepts such as free speech, is that it is iron, like my cock. A youtube video showing particles flying near masks, in masks, around masks, etc. Are not science. A controlled case study is:

    https://principia-scientific.com/why...sh-mask-study/

Before I got into the fish counter business, I volunteered at an OR in the notrth valley. This was the days of the GM plant makin cars and horrific workplace accidents with a few shootings. The reason for wearing a mask in an OR is yes, perhaps to keep the place sterile. Although with the huge amount of nosocomial infections spreading the rona, well, maybe they do not work that good. But second, and mostly, when you open up a shooting victim and out spurts blood like a cum shot in mary's ass, you do not want that on you.

As for south dakota, it was shamed for having the highest transmission rate a few months ago. Now L. A. Has that honor, and it is being taken over by arizona. See if you can figure out what happened in those three areas in succession (hint, it is called weather).

There is a study that was done 20 years ago where in a hospital operating room they did not use surgical masks for 6 months. The end result of that study, which has not been refuted, was not a massive increase in infection. The opposite was observed where infection rates went down. The lack of masks did not spike up the rate, though common sense would suggest that it should have as "everyone knows" that masks stop transmission from the surgeon to the patients.

Say what you will, but there is plenty of evidence to show that when masks do work as a filter, that they do a great job of carrying what has been filtered from one place to another. How many people do you see that touch and adjust their masks? They are doing a great job of picking up what has been filtered and getting it on their hands to spread elsewhere.

You want to make a difference, then religiously wash your hands when done with the restroom and immediately after putting on / off / touching your mask. If you still aren't convinced, try looking up the University at Oxford study on a Covid isolation ward and see where they found the virus in that three bed ward.

"practiced medicine" A Double entendre if there ever was one!

My attorneys "practice law" as well and when broken down they admit, at the end of the day. "its all talk".

How cheap it is! Like money and chicks, how does that song go again?

If you wear a mask or other device with a valve then of course there is no protection from you as source control at all -- however, you may obtain some level of personal protection by doing so since you are now using a filter media as it is designed to be used with one-way flow. But that's worthless when it comes to protecting others.

Of course all of this also implies adherence with protocols and proper fit so there is no bypass. If you violate them in any way, such as taking a mask that has been exposed to pathogens from one place into another then you increase the rate of infections from not using a mask at all because you are transporting the virus from where it is not to where it now is. That's stupid and when done by a trained professional it's criminally stupid..

And in a move towards racial harmony, I saw many people from differing races and households sitting with each other because, wait for it, there were so many people, there was no room.

This is all one-half mile apart.

If you think there is a cogent argument to be made that there is any benefit to a lockdown, please advise.
People not following precautions does not mean that precautions don't work. Again, people not following precautions does not mean that precautions don't work.

In any public health crisis--hell, even when discussing individual health outcomes-- the main barrier to prevention or positive health outcomes, is lack of patient adherence. Meaning, that people not adhering / following protocol or doctor recommendations, often leads to poor health outcomes or delayed recovery.

In our hobby, we know that using condoms is recommended as latex condoms help prevent infection from STD's. And while not 100%, we know that using them will substantially reduce our chance of infection. Now, you could make the argument that we can CHOOSE to not use the condom as long as we're aware of the risks. This is absolutely true. And you could also then make the argument that if we have the ability to choose to wear condoms, we should be able to CHOOSE to wear masks or socially distance. However, that argument is based on the premise that we:

    A) we will analyze all available science in good faith to make an informed decision.

    B) all parties involved are aware of the risks and can refuse to engage in acts that can lead to transmission.

This is especially true with condom use. Both parties have to be in agreement and if not, then the sex won't happen. BUT when it comes to COVID-19, not all parties can abstain from participating in an act that can lead to infection. Think a worker with a customer who refuses to wear mask and coughs on the worker on purpose out of anger.

It is also important to note that STD's and COVID-19 have substantially different modes of transmission. Unlike STD's--which require a very specific and intentional set of circumstances to occur in order for infection to take place (Exchange of bodily fluids: blood, semen, vaginal fluid) -- COVID-19 transmission is more readily transmissible via aerosolized droplets from coughs or sneezes. Moreover, it's this ease of transmission that allows COVID-19 to infect and expand it's reach exponentially. This in stark contrast to STD's, whose rates of transmission are much much lower.

Now, if we want to talk about policies and policy making, I can assure you that there are many vested interests at play. The governor and local governments are most certainly receiving input from their health departments, but also business and real estate associations (yes, that includes Casinos, AKA potential donors). The seemingly wishy-washy closure orders, are definitely an attempt at appeasing these donors while balancing the real danger of the pandemic. This explains why one day indoor dining is fine and another day it isn't. Or why certain orders are followed in one city or county and not in another. The sad thing is that many of these business and real estate associations leveraged their wealth and power to reopen businesses back in May, but it was this very same action that led to an increase of cases and ultimately their businesses to be shuttered. They think short term success, not long term. Realistically speaking, had everyone buckled down from the get go, we woulda been out of the woods by Halloween. Instead, these folks went after the Governor and the Mayor, who while not perfect, have had very little in funds to work with other than what's already been allocated. Remember that the Federal government had refused emergency funds to California after the first round. Had these vested interests instead leveraged their dollars to influence Congress / Mitch McConnell / the GOP / Pres Trump, we may have gotten another round of assistance for individuals and businesses, way way sooner. Instead, their aim for short term gains gave way to long term closures. And that my friend is their hubris.

    Only in a pandemic

So, because of the pandemic, there are just less hookers.

I spend more time on you tube and see shit like this.

This guy devotes his life to shooting up his ass with hormones, buying used panties off the internet, and dreaming of spending six months in Thailand fucking anything that he can put his dick in.

If you use hand sanitizer, you will need to apply it multiple times as you need to rub your hands with the sanitizer for at least 30 seconds. You know. About how soon a SW asks if you are almost done.

I got mine a few months back most definitely from a Kgirl who for sure got from another monger who probably got from the grocery store. Those vitamins helped!

    AMPs Matter

MPs can stay open under mayor yogapants's order. There is an exception to the stay at home order as follows.

Personal care establishments may reopen for indoor operations with required modifications. Personal Care Establishments also include hair salons, nail salons, barbershops, esthetic, skin care, electrology, body art professional, tattoo parlors, and piercing shops, tanning salons and massage therapy (in non-healthcare settings). Indoor capacity at personal care establishments is limited to 20% of maximum capacity. Personal care establishments must not operate between the hours of 10:00 pm And 5:00 am Services at personal care establishments may only be provided by appointment. Customers and staff must keep face coverings on, over both their nose and mouth, at all times; services that require a customer / client or a personal care attendant to remove their face covering, e. G. , facials and shaves, are prohibited. The owner, manager or operator of a personal care establishment must, prior to reopening, prepare, implement and post the required Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Reopening Protocol for Personal Care Establishments.

Now, if you read into this you will note:

Massage therapy is among the exceptions. This is critical. You must, as a monger, go through answering the question "soft, medium or hard massage" so that you are actually invested in the massage portion. Also, you must restrain yourself from immediately blowing your load when the Asian (age 36-40, natch) tickles you neck or lets you get some "over the clothes" feel. You have to last long enough for it to be a massage. Otherwise you are a super spreader and an ass kissing rubmaps reviewer.

This language is troubling: services that require a customer / client or a personal care attendant to remove their face covering, e. G. , facials and shaves, are prohibited. This may prevent mary at chen's from giving head (letting you fuck her in the ass seems to be ok). One could cut a hole in the mask to allow for cock insertion?

But I think my experience reading law books at the fish counter gets us out.

The attendant may not render a "service" that requires her to remove her mask. Now, the service in question is a blow job. A blow job is defined as:

Fellatio (also known as fellation, and in slang as blowjob, BJ, giving head, or sucking off) is an oral sex act involving a person stimulating the penis of another person by using the mouth, throat, or both. Oral stimulation of the scrotum may also be termed fellatio, or colloquially as teabagging.

Although the definition above does not require that the BJ act cause the burping of the worm, it is implicit. If a BJ is done, not to completion, it is not a "service" - no one I know goes to mary at chen's and says, hey, blow me but do not let me shoot a rope into that mouth of yours with the perfect dentistry from the calcutta school or periodontics. So, if the girl blows you and takes her mask off to do so, but she only then jerks you off, the BJ is not a 'service'. So I think that blow jobs, so long as you do not nut directly into Mary's lovely mouth, is ok.

Next issue is. Services at personal care establishments may only be provided by appointment.

So, I have been calling ahead to goldfinger and asking for a massage appointment which includes a finger up my ass. The mamasan, says to just come in. I think that is enough. Zen suites at 30%% wash in MDR / VENICE, with that fat black chick sharing pictures of even fatter black girls, is in violation, you cannot set an appointment. Someone tell the LEO about this.

Next, The owner, manager or operator of a personal care establishment must, prior to reopening, prepare, implement and post the required Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Reopening Protocol for Personal Care Establishments.

I am not sure that some of the shithole joints in fucken lomita abide by this, I know goldfinger does, 187x does not.

This offends me as a comedian

I love that Seinfeld where he gets all upset that his dentist converted to Judaism just for the jokes.

Seinfeld complains to the catholic preacher about it, and the priest asks "and this offends you as a jew" and Seinfeld says, no, "it offends me as a comedian".

Someone on the mayor's staff has a highly developed and dry sense of humor not seen in a long time.

This is from the new stay at home order, verbatim:

Subject only to the exceptions outlined in this Order, all persons living within the City of Los Angeles are hereby ordered to remain in their homes. Residents of the City of Los Angeles who are experiencing homelessness are exempt from this.

    Requirement.

If only these people could write sitcoms.

    Curfew

First off, I assume hookers on fig can work during curfew?

Second, how the fuck does a curfew, during hours when no one is out and no one. Save for fig. Is touching each other (other than people eating outside? Work to stop a virus?

Third, and since you ask me, covid is spreading pretty hard core at major grocery stores. My fish counter has been immune, only because I have instituted almost OCD hand washing protocols if anyone leave or comes into my fish counter. All fomites in my fish counter are sprayed down every two hours.

But, not everyone runs a fish counter like I do. It seems that places where there are "touch points" and people "taking a shit" in the same indoor area are a problem.

If you want my advice, when you go to a grocery store, do not tough anything with your skin. Because you have to wear a mask, which increases the chances that you will touch your face, wear a flimsy cloth mask that you do not fiddle with. Do not go to the bathroom. You may want to wear gloves. It does not matter if the place is crowded, all that matters is that you do not touch shit. And shit is everywhere because about 50% of Californians never wash their ass or hands after they shit.
