And it was long overdue. First time I've seen her in over 5 years. She hasn't changed much, and neither has the top notch service she provides. I can't speak to all three locations but I can speak to the Mall area. I was told that its a great location to address Cincinnati all the way to North Dayton and I agree with her. Plus the area has many amenities in close distance if you are staying at the one of the hotels which BTW a couple are actually pretty nice (relatively speaking).

As with many things its location, location location.
