I had reported a "no-show" from this provider on Monday. Link to the ad currently does not work but it should be easy to find my review in the forum; look for the number ending 6819. In any event, she later proved to be much more responsive than her first impression, offering to provide a rescheduled session and apologizing profusely for the mishap on Monday. I am now looking forward to trying again but, ironically, ended up having to cancel my first reschedule due to a time conflict.
