Anyway, just a story that I think we can all relate too.

On the other hand, and you will all love dissing me for this, I didn't mind Miami's post - although I thought he said it rudely. It is always fodder for thought in negotiating - and the Chicago women in the estabishments tend to get more than in other places for less.

I have no idea how to fix the problem - I just know that it exists.

I know you said you where out town , and I'm not trying to be a dick, but that info has been on the board for a week or two now and been talked about endlessly.
