I saw her almost 2 years ago now in San Mateo. She was working under the same name and photo set. For CaKdolls, once you know the girl and time, you just text them that information and they respond within a few minutes. If you haven't been screened yet, then they may screen at that time via text and then you can book appointment. Tokyogirls / firstasians usually require the email and a strong network on HX for screening and booking.
