The best you'll do in Winchester is a handshake. If you're willing to drive about an hour north into PA, there are more services available in Greencastle or Chambersburg. There are some indi's, but I've never partaken. If you have a subscription to Rubmaps (advertised here), there are more details.

I went back & checked Front Royal on Rubmaps. According to the reviews, there are a couple of possibilities there with a more expanded menu.

If you pay $220 for nuru (or 180 for half hour of nuru), does that cover everything, no additional tip expected?

$180/30 or $220/60 covers everything. However, I did ask the next day why the girl in my dream did not help me shower off the nuru oil. I can't add much to the recent review of this service, which I also dreamed about this weekend. (I didn't quote the review as it's long, but it's well written and consistent with dream also.).
